Seriously Happy Homes was a flat-fee, design-only residential firm serving primarily mid-market homeowners. We did not procure furniture, earn product markups, or rely on enormous luxury projects.
By the time I sold the company, we were a team of five generating approximately $425,000 in annual design-only revenue. Our established design fees generally ranged from $5,000 to $20,000, and our conversion rate typically ranged from 65 to 80 percent.

A referral creates an introduction. It does not automatically explain your services, process, price point, point of view, or why the person referring you thought you would be a good fit.
Clear marketing helps a referred prospect understand what you do before the first conversation. It also helps contractors and former clients refer you more accurately because they finally have useful language for describing your value.
Without that clarity, even a warm referral can arrive expecting the wrong service, budget, timeline, or level of involvement.
Good marketing does not replace referrals. It helps referrals work better.
Yes, but we will not solve those problems by plucking a larger number out of the air or announcing that you are no longer available to any humans.
Pricing makes sense only in context. Clients need to understand what they are buying, what the service helps them accomplish, what is included, what is not included, and what level of project investment the service supports.
Boundaries work the same way. The strongest boundaries are usually communicated through your marketing, intake form, consultation, service descriptions, proposal, agreement, welcome materials, and everyday client process.
When those systems are clear, you do not have to summon a boundary from the depths of your nervous system every time something gets awkward.
We build the structure first so your pricing and policies feel credible, useful, and protective of both you and the client.
Yes.
Private coaching can include hands-on help with website copy, service descriptions, intake questions, client documents, newsletters, referral materials, sales language, and other places where your value or process needs to be explained clearly.
Sometimes we develop and edit the language together. In other situations, I write or substantially rewrite the copy after we have made the necessary strategic decisions.
The strategy comes first because better adjectives cannot rescue a vague service, an undefined audience, or a process you do not yet understand yourself.

A single session may be exactly what you need. Ambitious owners working actively toward a larger goal often meet once or twice a month and invest approximately $5,000 over the course of a year.

DECIDE Method team and corporate training is customized based on the number of participants, delivery format, level of customization, leadership involvement, and support required. A focused small-team engagement and a multi-month, company-wide training initiative are not the same product, so proposals vary substantially. Larger custom engagements may exceed $50,000.
That transparency is intentional. You deserve enough information to determine whether a conversation makes sense before investing everyone’s time.
