But what about the important middle? Setting expectations, explaining how the process works, clarifying responsibilities, and getting genuine client buy-in before the project begins?
In Lead to Launch, you clarify what clients need to understand before they hire you, strengthen the conversations and agreements that prepare them to work with you, and build an onboarding system you can use again and again.
The result: less confusion, stronger boundaries, smoother project starts, and more confidence leading the work.

In six intensive weeks, you will build a client journey that includes:

6 weeks of focused implementation + 3 months of private follow-through
